Un terremoto deja una ciudad devastada. Un migrante escapa de la guerra de un lugar que ya es inexistente. Un encuentro inesperado e imposible convulsiona personajes desubicados en el tiempo y en el espacio. Se dan un nombre: Alicia. Bastian. A partir de ahí comienzan a reconstruir su propia historia en la Historia, a inventar de nuevo las calles rotas de la ciudad. Acudiendo a sus recuerdos, a sus libros, y a una guía de viajes en la que Alicia (se) escribe y reescribe tratarán de imaginar su pasado para recordar un futuro mejor.
Luces rojas. Ella, joven atractiva, entra desesperada en camisón. Dormía plácidamente y las llamas invaden la casa. Grita; teme ser abrasada. Llama a los vecinos. No contestan. Sola entre cadáveres.
