En la sala de espera de Urgencias está teniendo lugar una batalla tecno-ochentera entre el bando de Pacientes y el bando de Enfermería. Esta batalla es fruto y causante de que el sistema sanitario no funcione como debería. El vigilante de seguridad, Pepe, está buscando un culpable para intentar solucionar el conflicto antes de que ocurra algo que haga que el sistema colapse.
