A través de los testimonios de los que le rodearon, de su caballo y sus discípulos, del hombre que lo mató, de los hombres que lo crucificaron... “El Zorro”, nos contará su entierro y su posterior suicidio en la cruz, retransmitido en directo por televisión, y asistiremos a su ascensión a los cielos. Y podremos revivir el terrible momento en el que “El Zorro” descubrió su carácter ficticio, y se convirtió en el objeto de moda en los hipermercados. Y de su descenso a los infiernos, nos contará sus recuerdos y su posterior viaje al infinito, finalizando con el momento, en el que, en exclusiva mundial “El Héroe” se despojará del antifaz para todos nosotros, y nos mirará cara a cara, por siempre jamás. Amén.
Fonsu tiene un año más y un pelo menos. Está de baja por depresión y no soporta el paso del tiempo. Ana, su mujer, para animarle, ha organizado una fiesta de cumpleaños y ha invitado a sus amigos. Durante la reunión, los recuerdos, los viejos amores y la nostalgia del tiempo pasado, hunden a Fonsu todavía más en un pozo sin fondo que le lleva a intentar a abandonar este perro mundo recurriendo a las métodos más inverosímiles. Gracias a la intervención de Paco, su amigo de toda la vida, dará una oportunidad más a la reflexión, a superar los malos momentos y a valorar lo que tiene alrededor, aunque siempre con un tono de ironía.

El punto de partida de esta obra es la incertidumbre
que nos acompaña relativa al momento, y al lugar, y a
las circunstancias en las que ocurrirá nuestra muerte. A
través de un mecanismo de teatro dentro del teatro y
con un tono de comedia, en esta obra se desarrolla una
trama emocionante con diversas sorpresas y puntos de
giro.
