SOFÍA, una mujer afectada por una "enfermedad rara" llamada SÍNDROME ASFALTICUS, un DOCTOR cualificado pero de los que gustan poco, un LISIADO con un extraño lenguaje, un PSIQUIATRA en crisis, y un JOVEN amigo de Sofía, casualmente hijo del Doctor, conviven en una inquietante noche accidentada.
El joven guía le explica a un enigmático visitante la obra abstracta "Composición en amarillo, marrón, azul y negro", obra sobra la que él ha hecho su tesis y que prefiere llamar "Sinfonía de color. Melodías de una infancia".
